  2. Contingency Recruitment: Here the client either; (a) Informs EM Consulting, of their available vacancies, we then carry out the recruitment process (shortlisting of cv’s, interviews, and recommendation) for the client. A processing fee would be paid per candidate recruited. OR (b) Informs EM Consulting, of their available vacancies, we then bill the client, 10% from of the candidate’s annual’ gross salary.
